I ordered “(2x Jack emergency car kits)” and paid $43.78. It was not delivered. I sent an email and they acknowledged my email. Though they answered my email they cannot pay the full amount. I decided to give them fix amount of my refund with a discount to settle. But I got no payment from them at all. They’re quite an excuse away refund my account. I believed these businesses open scammers to target American innocent people. I sent my email to this email. customerservice@gossas.shop. I have all the emails from them. So I decided to report to the U.S. Department of Federal Trade Commission to need help with the Investigation to stop scammers.
