There were 33 unauthorised transactions (total amount Rs. 10428) from my citibank account on 07/07/2020 at around 6:00 PM . My debit card was with me and i didnot made any transaction today my myself. Firstly I received message for 1 rs transaction for Temporary hold at Google, then there was 1 transaction of Rs.7900 and after that back to back i got message for 32 transactions of rs.79 for fraud “Google Proxima Beta” .
I have immediately blocked my debit card and raised complaint in Google and Cyber cell.
Request you to please help me in getting refund of my amount .
