I made a transaction of rs 2580 using Google pay on 17 january 2019 and the transaction was not successful. I raised a complaint for it to Google customer suppsup called them many times but every time they ask to wait for another 3 days. As per Google policy i should have got money within 7 days only but that didn’t happen. I want google to refund my money and also compensate for the loss of time and mental stress because of their inefficiency, bad customer support and breach of promise of refund policy
