I had bought a jacket of ₹1500 from the store called vintageous.in on Instagram on 26 January 2024. The UPI scanner sent by them had the name Chiranjeev Pegu. Once I made the payment, I was told that he would ship it out on 29th January 2024 and I should review the product in 5-6 days from date of shipping. On 30th January 2024 I was told that he had handed the package to the courier and I would get a message from Shiprocket with the tracking number and link. I got the tracking link, but even after 4 days the tracking link showed no progress and only said the item has been reassigned. And item had not been delivered. That’s when I contacted the person through Instagram and I got no reply. On 12th February 2024 the tracking link said the item has been cancelled on Shiprocket. And there has been no response from the seller despite many attempts to reach him.
