I had ordered (Order ID-KT2022-12-17700 )(Dec2,2022) One liter Mother Dairy Desi Ghee, One pack of six (250gm) Rin detergent bar and One liter Dalda Sunflower Refined and had to make prepayment of Rs.721/- via net banking for the same as COD option was not available. Tried to contact on phone received a message that all of their customer care executives are busy and will contact me later, tried to send them mail on their email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) but they remained undelivered. Kindly ensure that I receive my money back.
