I ordered one DC OUTDOOR WIFI CAMERA on June 10, 2020, as they gave one advertisement on facebook order id #27117, even they confirmed regarding the order through email confirming that they received INR 399 for the same. I sent them mail twice but there is no response. Finally, after complaining on Facebook their person contacted me through Facebook messenger and provided one contact no. I told him to transfer the amount then he told me that the amount will be transferred through PAYTM and not in Bank Account. When I told that I gave you money through account so transfer the amount in my account even after providing account no. till now there is no response. And now nobody bother to pick up the call. There is a need to take even action against Facebook too as they are promoting such companies.
