refering Escalation ticket ID – E202605287569672 dated 28/may/2026, i booked a complaint with gomechanic as battery issue without even checking car they said they will send a service guy which will jump start vehicle for same they charged 549.00 INR. but as payment got transfered they dont replied any call on service support even no service guy attended the issue waited for nearly 4 hours on road. till date there is no update on refund , this is a completely scamster company and govt should take serious action
