Am using an obd device since may 1st . for nearly 20 days it may work .It stopped working and I raised a ticket on may 30 and again it starts working from jun 5th to july 10th . Again it stops working from july 10th . I contacted our customer care department and they asked me to send account details that they are issuing a refund amount. On 29th july I submitted all my details to escalation team but till now I haven’t received and call or conformation meaasege .and more over when I contacted to customer case support they not even listening my words they are simple telling thanks for contracting gomechanic and cutting my call
