I bought a Gomechanic OBD device in July 2022 with a lifetime membership. After 3-4 months it stopped working. When I contacted the customer care they said there is a technical error and it will take a long time to fix. They sent me a google form and asked me to fill it for a refund. I filled it up but no refund was issued. Somehow I found their customer care number which was not mentioned anywhere on their app and called them. They again said the same thing and cut the call. I called again and they randomly said thank you for calling and cut the call. Till date I have not got the refund or is the device working. Now I see that they have again started selling the device but my device is still not working. This is fraud. They are again trying to fraud customers by selling this device. I need help in getting justice and help in saving other potential victims.
