I bought a long gold chain from Khazhana jewellery which is 48 grams before 8 years, now I went for the exchange then only I came to know it is 42 grams. At the time of selling they increased the weight of the gold by wax or something. I asked why this much of the grams was reduced, they queried 2 questions, are you cut?, are you polished it outside?. then they checked that chain there is no evidence for cleaned or cut, and they took my bill xerox. I provided all the details, my phone numbers and address. Then they sent us home. I mailed 3 times to them, till now there is no response through mail. Then last Friday they called us and said, this chain is ours but it is not this chain’s correct bill. Actually I am preserving all the bills that I bought. How these corporates are cheating the customers. This should be punished. I need justice for my loss and reimbursement.
