I have wallet balance 25000/- plus I paid 25000/- from my credit card to purchase gold voucher on March 18th. Still voucher are delivered. whenever I call they keep saying another 10 to 15 days. But now asking to buy some other products which is not at all needed for me. I have requested them to revert money to the wallet and card. But they are saying no such policy to refund.
