This is regarding gold loan with Rupeek fintech
on 4th may i renewed the loan by 2900+ which was successful however on 9th i got a message saying it is cancelled as per your request – since the amount is deducted i ignored this message
again on 9th june i received a message stating the gold will be auctioned – Basis this i have paid 5600+ on 12th june & again renewed, again the amount is deducted day after i receive message stating the renewal is cancelled as per your request
this is too frustrating, can i get help here.
