I applied for Gold Loan in Axis Bank Sahakaranagar Bangalore. Though I received the Loan amount in my account, when I went just 3 days later to add on Rs10000 in my Loan account, Ms Bharathi M N asked me to show Welcome Card that was never been given to me. She provided me my Gold Ac no that doesn’t match 922060049822237 the required number of digits
