Dear sir,
I have purchased an voucher of rs 7000 of big basket in paytm which had a cash back of rs 1400 as my kyc is not updated in paytm app as per the terms and condition s I have to get gold back of rs 1400 which is not being credited after several attempts of complaints raised but no reply provided.
