I booked a hotel hotel room through GOIBIBO in Calicut (TOWN HOUSE OAK CENTRAL SUITES) for 3 packs, when I reached at the property they denied but finally managed to check inn after long arguments and contacting customer service.when I entered the room found a very small bed which can accommodate hardly 2 packs then I requested for an extra bed but hotel team refused while my booking was for 3 packs after that i contacted GOIBIBO team several times by phone but there was no any action from there side
