Text of Complaint by Somrwik Dawn:

I booked 3 tickets of Go First flight no. G8-3205, pnr no. D8TSUZ, booked through MakeMyTrip for the flight scheduled for 14.08.23 from Mumbai to Goa which was cancelled by GoFirst on 13.08.23 for operational reasons giving a affirmation that the refund is under process, but now it has been over 6 months and I have not recived my full refund of Rs 11104. When can I expect my refund? And what is the current status of my refund. I have even lodged a special claim from the MMT app for the refund but it’s status shoes awaiting for refund from GoFirst. What is the reason for this lackadaisical approach? Please provide the refund as soon as possible and address the issue.
