My Gofirst air tickets was cancelled due to operational issues by Gofirst airlines and i was eligible to get full refund. Ease my trip team needs to fill NCLT claim form B to raise the claim. I have reached out multiple time over email to get update and claim number but they have only providing me copy paste messages only misguided me instead of giving any information. Also they blocked me frol sending messages over twitter handle of Easemytrip since 31st July 2023
