Text of Complaint by Dipesh Deodhar:

I Dipesh Deodhar had booked GoFirst flight on easemytrip web site for Mumbai to Port Blair on 16th March 2023. In month of May airline became inoperative. There was no communication from airline about this. GoFirst then cancelled the flight. I had to booked flight tickets with another airline. I received email from GoFirst Airline mentioning refund is under process. I called my agent i.e. easemytrip to enquire about refund. According to easemytrip they have done all the formalities to get refund but till now they have not received any amount from airline. Flight ticket amount is not a small amount and this is our hard earned money. When would I get refund?
Please do the needful.
