This is regarding a flat we were booking at Kandivali East with Godrej properties . The sales person said 50k is a refundable deposit as they had 2 flats available and said it was refundable if we wish to cancel as many have seen the flat . It has been over 2 months now and no one is reply to my emails when I call they give vague answers the sales person who was attending us does not pickup my calls at all . This flat was been booked for my parents they are senior citizens. How can Godrej properties put their reputation at stake for just 50000/-
