On 23rd may i received a delivery contained 4 respective items are macaffine scalp screub,2 bottles of godrej profesional argan oil and 1 bottle of godrej proffessional acai oil. So when i opened the package i found that the cap of bottle of godrej professional acai oil was missing and also its bottle seemed to be used. As if any product is not properly sealed or unsealed from the time its delivery should not be accepted by any consumer. So, i complained immediately to the custumer care regarding this damaged product. I had a word with them about all this.on 23rd may they told me to wait for it till 26th may as they have to investigate about the faulty product.as per they told me to contact them on 26th may so, i contacted to them and asked them about the result of investigation but they clearly told me that their team investigated the whole tracking of the product but they didn’t find any thing faulty so they can’t replace it or refund or can do any help regarding my problems. I called them so many times but their excutives are so rude that they just ended up by hanging up my calls for so many times
