I ordered a Godrej 5 in 1 convertible 2023 model with order ID OD327904019750846100 but they sent me broken, damaged and completely different product hence I raised return request on same day in just half hour after delivery and customer care responded that they will provide replacement till 5 may and I agreed but on 2 may I got a call from customer care saying wrong request has been raised hence they will raise the request again but on 5 may my return request got rejected saying seller is unable to provide return hence I again called customer care they said return policy was over but as I have already raised the return request earlier, they will escalate it and ot will be solved before 8 may but the that request also got rejected as I could not picked up the call once only hence I again called customer care and they raised new request again and said it will be solved till 9 may. Finally today is 9 may and no action has taken at all. I am in so much of stress and tension because of flipkart. Just send someone and take away what you delivered and give my money back to me, I have called customer care 5-7 times, mailed them and even posted this on twitter but till date no help from anywhere I get. I beg you to stop mentally torturing me and just refund my money. Pls help me..
