On 28/12/22 I had placed an order for 2 cans of Shell Motor Oil for ₹1,867 after discount. I made the payment on the same day via Google pay to Parcit Autocrazy Private Limited.
I was told the order is in process. After 20 days when I dint not receive the delivery, when I called them they said the order is cancelled, this was on 16/1/23. From then till now I have made over a dozen calls but they avoid my calls to the spares division and on the main customer care number they say they have initiated the refund on 17/1/23 and that someone from the tech team will check why the refund has not happened.
This is most likely their business model. I wonder why the authorities are allowing such frauds to continue looting unsuspecting customers.
