I booked a ticket of Go air from Pune to Nagpur dated 14th Nov 20 and the flight got cancelled. So i tried calling Go Air for refund of my money but that was all in vain as no one was picking up the call. Then i tried mailing them and i got a reply that one of the agents will contact with me and my service request number is G8-01375518. I got this reply on 11th November and since then i have tried calling and mailing them multiple times but have not received any response from them.

I tried that but again i got the same reply that an agent will respond soon. But i have not received any response from your agent since Nov 20.
