I have booked one air ticket from New Delhi to Guwahati for the date 6th May, 2023 in the name of Hriday Ranjan Kashyap.
My PNR is – N9WSYZ
I paid Rs. 5,474 for the ticket via flipkart travel booking app.
The flight was cancelled from the airline’s end and I have not received the refund since 60 days.The customer care service is pathetic, giving lame excuses always. Please help me to get back my refund.
