We had purchased a flat and deposited INR12.5 Lakhs in GM Orchid Enclave Project, from GM INFINITE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS, Bearing RERA no.- PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/190125/002304 in October of 2018.
After continuous delays citing reason such as COVID, the delivery date was extended and set to be 2024 instead of the promised 2023, however, at the start of July 2024 they sent us a email stating that the project was cancelled and we would be refunded with the appropriate interest of 8.5% PA.
A mail with Full and Final calculation was sent to us in June of 2024. Since then they have been delaying the refund citing various reasons- since June till October, they still are not sure when they will refund us.
Please make the builder return our funds as soon as possible.
