I tried to buy Samsung S23 in exchange on my old phone and while placing the order I entered the correct IMEI number (customer support confirmed it). When it came for delivery, the app in the delivery guy’s phone says that the IMEI number is incorrect. He tried to do it multiple times in a day still it said the same. I called customer support, they said that we can’t do anything, you can do 2 things: 1) pay the difference amount and take the delivery of the phone, 2) cancel this order and reorder the product. Now I am stuck with a phone which I wiped clean of all the data with no data that I require for my work.
