- I have purchased a Gas stove from amazon online platform dated 15 july 2021.
- On dated 23 july 2021 a msg received from amazon that my order will be deliver by 0900 pm today . I was waiting at my home for my parcel after quiting all my external necessary work but parcel didnot delivered as well as when i checked the tracing status shows ” Delay delivery on customer request” whereas no any conversation done with courier agent or amazon on date.
- Next day date 24/7/2021 about 0900 am I talked to customer care Mr Vikramjeet on amazon he also mislead on such fraud delivery status.
- So i request to competent authority take strict action against such fraudent so that no one lapse their precious time.
