Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Tatasky DTH box binge+
My subscribe I’d is 1017820067
The issue that I have experienced was: I am using tatasky recording box with 500gb from last nearly 8yrs they offer me to upgrade new box with tatasky binge+ if I recharge for 1yr
I ask customers care every thing about box they told me its same box as I have old one same recording facilities and 500gb capability plus extra benefit of app also included just like firestick and I have to pay just 299 per month no other charges they told me fir anything
I thought it’s good I am getting latest box with all facilities
But when box has installed I have seen no proper recording facilities, No inbuilt 500gb nothing is there in new set top box just like my old one box they have totally cheated us giving wrong information and taken heavy box and given me just simple box and now they are telling me if I want recording facilities I have to pay 199rs extra for recording
Can u tell me it’s just fair they have taken my full heavy recording set top box and now telling to me I have to pay for recording
I have purchased this tatasky hd+ 500gb inbuilt box on that time nearly 9000rs just for recording facilities and now they have send us 2000rs box with no facilities
Rally I can’t expect this kind of cheating from tatasky
My old Digital hd+ box has already has full recording systems why I should I pay another 199rs per month for that also limited facilities
Now I have requested to tatasky pls return my tatasky old recording box I dont want this binge+ box but they are not accepting anything
Actually this tatasky binge+ is for those who is using normal set top box not for us who already have this type heavy box
Just they are misguided us to sell his box and earn extra money
If they are genuine then they will explain us this box is not full recording facilities pls don’t compare to ur box box and u have to pay recording charges extra
But they have not explained anything to me from last 15yrs I am using tatasky this kind of service not accepting from tatasky
Can u just imagine I have already full hd+ box and they have taken this box without properly information given and charged us

I dont want this tatasky binge+
