I got the Realme NEO 32 inch TV replacement for the 3rd time on 06-04-2023. The Serial number of the TV is IN05UHTV323220606970 (i.e. RWITNIN05UHTV323220606970). The first thing is the realme NEO 32 inch TV that is not new one it’s an old one. Some customer has returned the TV due to some issue, the same TV realme team given me as a replacement by saying new one. This is not happened for the 1st time. First time realme people given me faulty TV as replacement, the second time also realme team given me damaged TV as replacement and this is third time given me an used TV that already returned by a customer as replacement. This clearly shows how the Realme team working and cheating the customers.
In that replaced TV also having the same issue. The issue I have explained many times through email and calls also. Regarding I have raised the complaint four times the complaint ID was C101230410063301703-01 on 10-04-2023, C101230410063301703-02 on 13-04-2023, C101230410063301703-03 through email and C101230410063301703-04 on 30-04-2023. All these four complaint has been closed without visiting to home and not given solution also. For these above four complaints none of your realme service team or realme team no one visited not even called also. Regarding this also I have emailed many times.
After a lots of emails, follows-up and lots of escalation finally realme team called me on 06-05-2023 and I have explained all the issues. While the issue occurs I took the realme team whatsapp video call on 08-05-2023 09:15PM. They have given some of the troubleshooting through online but still the issue was not yet solved. At last they told we will discuss and update for the same. After that there is no update from them.
After a week I have complaint on 16-05-2023, the complaint ID is C101230410063301703-06. In the toll free customer care they told within 48hr to 78hr your issue will be addressed. But no response form realme team. Then I contacted toll free customer care on 19-05-2023 they said they will attend you complaint by today. When I asked about what are the issues that I have complaint about they saying only two issues. When I asked about the why you didn’t register the third issue they said they have register only two issues. At the time of complaint (C101230410063301703-06) I clearly mentioned and said register complaint for all the three issues that I am facing in the TV, they told we have registered complaint for all the three issues. But now they are saying only two issues they have registered. If you people want the proof will send all the proofs. This shows clearly that the realme team are not at all hearing the customers. Without registering the issues how you people will give the solution the issues.
When I asked about the below things,
1. Why the Realme team given me a used TV as replacement by saying it was a new TV.
2. Realme service team said that realme NEO 32 inch product has an issue. This information was given by toll free customer care, they said the service team saying that realme NEO TV has some issue. Your service team itself saying that realme NEO TV product having some issues, then why you people are not looking after it. Why you people selling the issue product to the customers.
They are not responding to do it.
Without providing the service and giving the damaged product the realme team cheating the customers.
No use of calling Customer Care Toll Free number (18001022777) and writing the emails to service@realme.com & grievance.officer@realme.com. For the past 7 months i was contacting to Customer Care Toll Free number (18001022777) and writing the emails to service@realme.com & grievance.officer@realme.com but not providing the solution.
