Recently I have ordered 1.5 ton ac from IFB brand after gone thru model details in their website where I have placed my order. It is clearly mentioned that it is smart ac with wifi feature same think I have confirmed with their customer care executive also..but when technician came for installation the person told me that u have to purchase wifi device separately at the cost of 1500rs. No where in IFB site it is mentioned like that for that particular model ac. I have all the screenshot and customer care executive call records everything..
