I ordered a Mini Cube Projector for home cinema from their website PicPixell.com, but what I received was beyond disappointing
Instead of the projector I eagerly
anticipated, all I found inside the box was
a small, broken and damaged star toy. It shattered my excitement and left me
feeling scammed and deceived
immediately contacted PicPixell.com’s
support email at support@picpixell.com
to express my dissatisfaction and request
a replacement for my original order.
However, they have failed to address my
concerns or offer any resolution.
