I order a ride on car for my daughter on 10th of this month and I received an email from amazon, they mentioned that order will delivery by 23 sep 2020
As in the order details seller number is mention so I checked with the seller whether I order is ready with seller end they said order is ready waiting for the amazon person for picking and same time I checked with the amazon customer care executive they told that you will receive the order by max by 23 sep 2020 .
Again next day I checked with the seller whether the order is picked by amazon person they told no, and when I checked with the customer service agent of amazon they told that your order is in shipping stage and you will receive by 23 sep.
When 3days passed and order is not shipped then I checked with the customer service agent they said sorry for the delay but you will received by 23 sep.
And today I received an notification from the amazon that order is cancelled when I checked for the reason they told that order I cancelled by seller that the reason the order is cancelled and you will received the refund by 4 working days.
The reason why the seller is cancelled the order is because the amazon people not picked the order from seller last 4 days, every time i checked with amazon they just give the fake hope and mis guide the customers by saying order will be delivered by 23 Sep.
They just played with the customer emotion. By giving false commitment.

How they manipulate thing they take order from customer but not fulfill the commitment.
