I placed an order for ‘Servewell Pack of 18 Melamin 18 pc Dinner Set’ (Order ID – OD121932321619735000).
I was surprised to see the deliver taking almost a month but fortunately got delivered early this month (Jun’2021). I received a wrong order as it did not match with the description mentioned at the time of placing the order.
We waited for few days, decided to reach your customer care as the return was pending approval. I was asked to submit my PAN or Aadhaar to approve the return, to me this is a flag as your are collecting govt. issued identity and was never asked by other e-commerce providers. Finally the refund got approved.
The item was to be picked on Jun-9 which failed, I was given a new date of Jun-12 which gain failed and at this point I don’t really care if you want to pick your item or not, I want my refund. Every day I get calls from you folks stating ‘I am calling from leadership team, we are looking into your issue allow us two more days’. Refund my money and carry your investigation, NOT AT MY COST!
I am writing here anticipating to get my refund at the earliest w/o hearing ‘we are looking into your issue, will get back in two days!’
