Sir/Madam
I placed order for long sleeve polo T shirt Lacoste Patch vide order No BM1762652 on dt.
21/7/22, payment of Rs. 1599/- made online accordingly.
on 27/7/22 I received parcel delivered by courier service “Delihivery” however, upon opening the parcel, shockingly I realized that I am given a wrong item; a very cheap quality shirt instead of what I ordered.
Subsequently, I immediately informed through e-mail for the wrong item received and requested for replacement/refund, furthe,r there is no phone no available so that I could register my complaint.
Today is the third day and my complaint made through e-mail still remains un-answered.
This implies that the firm is running fraud and conning innocent people. I therefore registering the complaint to allow your authority to take appropriate action.
