Given request to convert Post Paid to Pre Paid for my airtel number in Dombivli Airtel Store on 8th of Jan 2019. I got confirmation SMS for my request as well.
I was confirmed that my number will be converted within 72-96 hours. However it is still not converted and showing as Post Paid.
I am out of india and unable to call 121 number and their international number +91 9910099100 is not operational.
When i sent Mail to 121@airtel.in they confirmed me that they have not received any request from my side for conversion.
But i have received confirmation from airtel on conversion. Also i received 2 call for confirmation and asking reason for conversion. They deliberately pushing this away so they can extract more money from me.
