I have given order for Blue coloured good quality shirt, but the delivered item is brown coloured and inferior quality, please return the same and repay the amount.

My order ID is Grand-15740. I had ordered 2 shirts for a total of Rs.1998. But I received wrong shirt.Quality of shirt and color both are not what i order, Even after repeated mails on the provided email address- helpdesk.shirt87@gmail.com and helpdesk@shirtgrand.com( which bounced back) I got no reply. Such companies should be banned as they do not have a transparent feedback service and very bad return method. Attaching my wrong products picture for reference. this is so bad hard earning and people are doing this.Shame
Received completely different product than what was ordered.
