I gave 4 exchange parcel to delivery agent but in 3 packet he saw everything but he didn’t say anything and gone from there but now i call to him he said that your parcel is packed in luggage and in evening it should be dispatched so its humble request to you is to please contact ghiala office i. Pathankot district of EKART in attachment it is showing that exchange requested but in reality it has taken parcel from me . Thanks please find some solution
