I have order Fire boltt cobra smart watch and the watch I received was an defective one, so I have requested for replacement but in the replacement I got the Fire bolt ninja watch. What should I do? And I have ordered 2799 rs smart watch and the watch they given as replacement was 1099 rs smart watch how was it fare. I’m not satisfied with the replacement product coz after lot of searching and excitement I ordered that particular watch and they should have informed me or return my money when the product is out of stock. But giving a different product against the defective product is some serious issue against consumer policy and law. And i already have that model watch so I’m not interested in that too so I asked them to give me they model i ordered and given to replacement. And it’s been 1 month and what i got is a wrong product and been waste of my time and energy and the end of the day what i got is only stress. And if I raise a ticket they are not giving proper response and closing the ticket
