I ordered an oppo ecno m 31 neck band (head phone) Which is used had a phone.
They got me informed that this product has excellent working performance but when I receive this product Have mike issues whenever I call someone Using this product my voice fluctuates many times and Paytm fraud Me giving a wrong information about this product I replaced this product again the second product I received they give me a one day of using time for replacement I I use this product at least one day and second Day I lost my replacement warranty and the product to get again mic problem.
Now I am unable to replace this product and get fraud by Paytm.
