I placed an order through GIVA App(#GI0015978424 – order number) on 9th of Feb 2026, I was supposed to receive the order on 12th of Feb 2026 but as of today (21.02.26) I have not received my order. Inspite of mailing to GIVA Customer care, I have not received my order.
