This complaint is Regarding Amazon GIFT card which i received from Amazon its gifted to me from my company and when i was trying to use its showing its used so i raised a complaint to amazon customer call center more than 4 times and on every call executive told me you will received resolution in 3 working days but till time there is no resolution and not a single replied rom amazon and when i again called to amazon support the executive name Sangeeta not ready to listen y concern she just take complaint and and told same thing which said on last call and she was not transferring my call to her senior please find below details
