I placed an order on 19th March from croma and used few gift cards and upi to pay for it. The order however didn’t go through and after 7 days I received my upi refund back. However the gift cards were never refunded back to me. I’ve been constantly following up with the croma team to resolve my complaint id: C000-64-2809 but all I get in reply is that they’ve made a refund but I can’t apply the same again in my next order (see screenshot for error). They are mentally harrashing me and not providing refund of Rs 1500 gift cards. Please help.
