Dear Sir / madam ,
I Vidya Sree Peddamma , bought a fbb gift card from Amazon , the amount for that voucher is 1000 , I am unable to redeem the same at fbb store , it says already redeemed for which I have paid in cash .., I have contacted big bazzar , fbb everyone said only gift voucher issuer can help , but I am being following up with the same issue from November , it’s been 6 months still the problem is not solved , I have not claimed any worth of that 1000 still now .., please . Make sure that the company resolves the same as soon as possible
