I had 1 gift card which I redeemed on flipkart. On using it to pay for orders, it did not worked. I raised multiple complaints but flipkart customer service executives did not responded with any resolution and upon lodging complaint on national consumer forum, they gave me call back. They asked me my bank details and committed on email that the money will be transferred to bank account in 5 days.

Now the executives are calling me and harassing me stating money wont be transferred. They are forcing me to use the money from flipkart app which is still not working on payment mode via e card. They have blocked my money and mentally torturing me to the extreme situation where I cannot take it anymore. Its my money and they are refusing to give it back to me when there systems are incompatible to use. This is pure harassment and fraud happening with me for my own money.
