Text of Complaint by Radha Tiwari:

I bought a gift card from paytm. I tried to use that for payment. That paytm got failed. Now the gift card showing insufficient balance when I tried to use it again. Eat Sure said you talk to third party from which you bought the gift card. Paytm sent me a invoice and said you have redeemed that gift card. I’m got getting satisfaction. If I haven’t used that gift card then why is so?
