My organization (Indian Oil) gave me a gift card of Rs 2894/- which I added in my wallet in AUG 2017 with expiry on 31.07.2018. On 26.07.2018, I tried to order a hard-disk via my wallet money, but during payment option phone-pe wallet money was showing zero and there was no EGV option either (snapshots attached).
I discussed this issue with their customer care executives and customer grievance officer but no satisfactory solution was provided. Finally, they told me that your card has expired and we cannot help you.
It is requested to kindly intervene in the matter and protect the interest of customer.
