Text of Complaint by Fathima:

I ordered a churidar set on meesho (white colour) on Dec 20 for 559/-which was cancelled by the supplier. But on Dec 261 received a parcel of 559/- from meesho which I didn’t order and the product was incorrect and damaged. It was a ghost order that was didn’t order by me, I bought the parcel because I thought it was the product which I ordered.. and it has been a 14 days now I am contacting the meesho customer care service complaining about pickup.they’ve done the pickup for the product on January 3 now today is January 91 am daily contacting the customer care but they are putting my call on hold after I mention my issue.. and refund is not processed yet.
