i have ordered ghar soaps buy 2 get 2 offer and paid 539.10 rs with amazon pay upi. The order ID as shown in amazon pay upi is P04-0412340-5128623 Date and time : 28 Dec 2025, 8:19 AM. i can see the name PayUEcom to which i have paid. There is no acknowledgement from ghar soaps with any message or mail of order placed. I downloaded the app and opened orders section, there is no orders in that. i can’t see any refund. There is no way you can contact the company. in contact us section there is only whatsapp options. The whatsapp option is AI which doesn’t understand anything other than automated options selection and there is no section for complaints.i think Ghar soaps is Fraud company. while chatting with AI bot i selected the section of false delivery. theni got a call from ghar soaps and the person told i will get order and didn’t listen to me and disconnected the call. today is 12 jan 2026 and still i cant see anyorders in the app and not received the soaps.
