I am getting sms regarding due payments of any other person (some Udit Sharma) who is not known to me . Trying to contact customer support of Paytm at all given numbers for the last few days , but no response , sent mail at their given email address , which bounced back . Their services are very pathetic .I want to know why am I getting this messages ? I am pasting the message below fykp .
Dear Customer, With reference to Paytm Postpaid payment of Rs 20500 availed through Clix Finance India Private Limited not being received, urgent payment is expected today on paytm.me/8JL-OZJ. Pay IMMEDIATELY & avoid impact on credit score.
I want Paytm to correct this problem immediately with a confirmation to me .
