Actually i did an order three trousers on 15th july & order id is OD225475902689665000. After getting delivery i saw two of them was unfit, so i placed a return request for one product price was 1586/ on 25th july & next day that was picked up by dehlivery courier but today is 9th aug but still now I don’t get the refund. The 2nd product price 2044/ which I placed the return request on 1st aug but that was not picked up still now so i made a complaint but no result came out, still now they are saying do wait. Same problem happened on my another order, order is OD225528351130004000 on that id I placed return request price was 3399/ on 1st aug that product also not picked up. I did complaint more then 10times but no resolution come out.
Please help me out this problem.
